Made with whole grains as the main ingredient, it is enriched with iron, calcium and essential vitamins (vitamin D, B6, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid and folic acid), with no artificial colours or flavourings.

Serving suggestion: For a balanced breakfast, serve with milk and fresh fruit. Recommended serving size: 4 to 5 tablespoons for children and 5 to 8 tablespoons for adults.
