Nestlé Estrelitas Mel are crunchy star-shaped breakfast cereals made with whole grains and an irresistible touch of honey.

Preparation: A serving of 30 g of cereal combined with 125 ml of semi-skimmed milk is recommended. Indicative serving size: 6 to 7 tablespoons for children and 7 to 11 tablespoons for adults.
